Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access and use of the Krumzi website and services (collectively referred to as the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by ACT Software Solutions S.R.L. Please read this Agreement carefully before using our Service. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service.
User Eligibility
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are accessing and using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary authority to bind the organization to this Agreement.
Account Creation
To use our Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if any information provided by you is found to be false, misleading, or violates any provision of this Agreement.
License and Intellectual Property
Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Krumzi grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal or organizational purposes. This license does not grant any rights to sell, sublicense, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service.
Ownership
You acknowledge that Krumzi owns all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Service, including any intellectual property rights associated with it. This Agreement does not transfer or assign any ownership rights to you, besides any videos and images created by you using the platform.
User Content
Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any content you create, upload, publish, transmit, or display through the Service ("User Content"). You affirm that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and authorize the use of User Content. Krumzi does not claim ownership over User Content but reserves the right to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute User Content solely for the purpose of providing and promoting the Service.
Prohibited Content
You agree not to create or upload any User Content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Krumzi reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these terms without prior notice.
Social Publishing
Krumzi allows you to connect an Instagram professional account or a Facebook Page and to schedule or publish content to that account. By connecting an account, you authorize Krumzi to publish content to that account solely on your instruction, whether scheduled for a later time or published immediately. Krumzi will never publish anything to a connected account that you have not scheduled or otherwise instructed it to publish.
Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content published to your connected accounts and for ensuring that content complies with the applicable platform's terms of service and community standards. Your use of Instagram and Facebook publishing features is additionally subject to Meta's Platform Terms, and you agree to comply with them.
Third-Party Platform Dependency
Publishing to Instagram and Facebook depends on third-party APIs operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Krumzi is not liable for posts that are delayed, rejected, or fail to publish because of platform outages, changes to Meta's APIs, rate limits, or an expired or revoked account connection. You may need to reconnect your account periodically to keep publishing working. Krumzi may remove a connection or disable publishing to a platform at any time as needed to comply with that platform's requirements.
Fees and Payment
Subscription Fees
Certain features or functionalities of the Service may be offered as part of a paid subscription plan ("Subscription Plan"). Subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Polar. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your chosen Subscription Plan. Subscription Plans include a usage-based allotment of AI credits that recharges with each billing cycle; credit amounts and usage rules are described on our pricing page and may change from time to time. The details regarding subscription fees, billing cycles, payment methods, and refunds, if any, will be provided separately.
Third-Party Payment Processors
Payments for the Service are processed through our third-party payment processor, Polar, or, for legacy subscribers, our former processor, LemonSqueezy. You agree to comply with their terms and conditions, and Krumzi shall not be responsible for any issues arising from payment processor services.
Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KRUMZI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. KRUMZI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
No Legal or Financial Advice
Krumzi does not provide any legal, financial, or professional advice through the Service. Any information or materials provided on the website are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for making business decisions. You should consult a professional advisor for specific advice related to your circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KRUMZI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Krumzi, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from or in connection with your use of the Service, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Romania.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, in our sole discretion. We will notify you of any material changes to this Agreement. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Krumzi regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous arrangements or understandings, whether written or oral.
